If you've just joined NRAS you may not know much about how the Volunteer Network works.

If you feel you would like to talk to someone else living with RA over the phone then just get in touch with Paul, Joan or Clare on 0845 458 3969 and we will match you to one of our superb Telephone Support Volunteers.

Perhaps you'd like to meet others living with RA to learn from them as to how best to cope as well as attend regular presentations by health care professionals at our NRAS group meetings. Check the website or call us to find out if there is an NRAS group that meets near you.
